1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, nationality, budget and property preferences when you submit an enquiry, make an offer, or book a viewing. We also collect technical information automatically, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and referring links, through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange viewings, prepare offers and tenancy or sale documentation, verify your identity as required by UAE anti-money-laundering regulations, send you listings and market updates you have asked for, and improve our website and services. We process your data on the basis of your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running our business.
3. Sharing your information
We share personal data only where necessary: with property owners, developers and landlords in connection with a transaction you have asked us to arrange; with the Dubai Land Department, RERA and other authorities where required by law; with trusted service providers such as CRM, hosting, analytics and email platforms who process data on our instructions; and with professional advisers. We do not sell your personal data.

Our website uses essential cookies to function and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to fulfil the purpose it was collected for and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of five years in line with UAE requirements. Enquiry data that does not lead to a transaction is deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
6. Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent at any time, and ask for your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, email hello@sibr.ae. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and staff training, to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
Some of our service providers are located outside the UAE. Where we transfer data internationally we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as contractual commitments that meet UAE data protection standards.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the date of the most recent revision.
